The heavy-duty pedestal positioner is a tilting & rotating device designed for automated welding of large and heavy workpieces. Built with a heavy-duty steel box-section base, a large-diameter precision slewing bearing, and a robust reduction drive, it can safely and stably handle loads ranging from several tons to tens of tons.   • Precise Rotation & Tilting Control: High-torque variable-frequency or servo motor with precision planetary gearbox provides stepless speed adjustment (typically 0.01–1.5 rpm) and high indexing accuracy; hydraulic or electric actuator driven tilting with self-locking function allows any angle setting and maintains position in case of power failure.

  • Smart & User-Friendly: Standard wireless remote pendant or touchscreen HMI allows presetting of multiple tilt angles and rotation speeds; optional integration with welding power sources, cross-arm manipulators, and roller beds for fully automated cycles; advanced features like laser seam finding and arc tracking available.

  • Comprehensive Safety: Equipped with emergency stop, overload protection, motor overheat protection, tilt limit switches, and anti-overturn devices; T-slots or radial threaded holes on table top facilitate quick fixture mounting.
