3‑Ton Welding Rotator

Adjustable welding roller beds are positioning equipment that rotate the workpiece by means of friction between the driving rollers and the weldment. Driven by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer or a worm gear reducer, they are mainly used for welding, polishing, and assembly of cylindrical workpieces. An adjustable welding roller bed consists of a driving roller unit and a driven roller unit. The drive system employs a variable-frequency speed-control motor, which drives the roller unit through the reducer to rotate the workpiece for welding.

Heavy-duty pedestal positioner

The heavy-duty pedestal positioner is a tilting & rotating device designed for automated welding of large and heavy workpieces. Built with a heavy-duty steel box-section base, a large-diameter precision slewing bearing, and a robust reduction drive, it can safely and stably handle loads ranging from several tons to tens of tons. The worktable provides continuous 360° rotation and stepless tilting from 0° to 120°, allowing any seam to be positioned in the optimal “downhand” welding orientation, which greatly improves weld quality and productivity.

Heavy-Duty Pedestal Positioners

Heavy-duty pedestal positioners are robust, floor-standing units that provide a stable base for manipulating large and heavy workpieces. The "pedestal" refers to its solid, fixed base design, which offers excellent overall stability and often does not require bolting to the ground. The worktable can typically perform 360° rotation and tilt up to 120°. These positioners are ideal for welding shafts, plates, and cylinders, using T-slots on the table for secure clamping and positioning of the workpiece
